1. Standard Products
You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If the product is defective or you received the wrong item, we will provide a full refund including shipping.
Returns may not be accepted if the product has been used or damaged.
2. Custom-Made Products
Custom-made products are crafted based on individual customer requests. Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind.
We are not responsible for issues caused by unclear instructions or delayed confirmation from the customer.
However, if a defect or error in production is confirmed, we will either re-produce the item under the same conditions or issue a refund.
