If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Custom-made products are crafted based on individual customer requests. Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind.
We are not responsible for issues caused by unclear instructions or delayed confirmation from the customer.
However, if a defect or error in production is confirmed, we will either re-produce the item under the same conditions or issue a refund.
